We balance turbochargers on new-generation Schenck TB Sonio and TB Comfort machines – up to 16 kg, for light and heavy vehicles.

We have a latest-generation test bench for checking and adjusting variable geometry, electronic actuators and vacuum valves. The VTR bench holds over 500 templates with settings for all turbo models and calibrates the flow of the variable geometry against the original manufacturers’ database, so a rebuilt turbocharger gets its equivalent factory settings back.
